Amit Singh

NDC Hub Manager

Amit is the NDC Hub's Project Manager and is based with the Hub Implementation Unit in Suva, Fiji. He will be managing the Hub beginning in Phase 4 and will work closely with the NDC Hub Partners to deliver all the activities under this phase and beyond. Amit's primary interest is in climate resilient development and adaptive water management PSIDS and he also takes keen interest in science and investigative documentaries.

Iris Cordelia Rotzoll

Project Manager (Phase 3)

Iris joined the Hub as a Project Manager in July of 2022. She is responsible for the overall strategy, the management, implementation and the finances of the Regional Pacific NDC Hub. She is the contact point for the coordination with donors and current and future partners of the Hub.

Whenever she can, she enjoys swimming in the ocean and doing long walks on the beautiful beaches of the Pacific.

Ilisapeci Butukiviti

Senior Project Assistant

Ilisapeci is a Senior Project Assistant for GGGI Fiji, based at the Regional Pacific NDC Hub. Prior to this appointment, she was a Project Technical Assistant at the Fiji Mineral Resources Department. She has an academic background in Geospatial Science, and is passionate about the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) ain environmental management.

Ron Simpson

Advisor - Adaptation

Ron is the NDC Hub's Climate Change Adaptation Advisor and brings many years of regional experience to the team. He is based at the Regional Pacific NDC Hub in Suva, under SPC’s Climate Change and Environment Sustainability Division. Ron has a professional background in climate adaptation and marine biology, and is always keen to put the mask and fins back on, for a leisurely swim on the reef.

Sagaitu Konusi

Advisor- Mitigation

Sagaitu Konusi is the Regional Pacific NDC's Hub Mitigation Advisor and brings a vast experience to the hub.

His educational background is in the fields of climate policy, circular economy and carbon markets. He enjoys playing cricket, reading a book and playing a few tunes on the guitar in his free time.

Vanda Faasoa-Chan Ting

Technical Advisor

Vanda is the NDC Hub's Technical Advisor and is based within SPREP in Apia, Samoa. She has joined the Hub from the Samoa Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment where she was the Assistant CEO for the past six years. Vanda is involved in implementing country requests of the NDC Hub which SPREP is leading in the Hub.

Sadie Tunaulu

Information and Knowledge Management Officer

Sadie in charge of information and knowledge management. She provides data management expertise to the Hub and its member countries. She also supports SPC's Manager Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability to deliver activities within the NDC Hub.

Jacinta Lal

Communications Assistant

Jacinta Lal is the Communications Assistant at the Pacific Community (SPC) under the Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability (CCES) division and the NDC Hub. With her experience in communications and media relations and a bachelor’s degree in journalism Linguistics, she is passionate about crafting impactful narratives that drive change and inspire action.

She thrives at the intersection of climate advocacy and creative storytelling, developing strategies that amplify Pacific voices and champion sustainability. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a keen interest in dancing, enjoys photography and videography, and finds inspiration in exploring the diverse stories of Pacific communities

Ashika Rattan

Administrative and Finance Assistant

Ashika is the Administrative and Finance Assistant for the NDC Hub. She holds a degree in Accounting/Financial Management and Banking & Finance, and she brings a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, as well as the non-profit organization space. With a strong background in financial and administrative management, She provides essential support for NDC Hub projects and the broader CCES division at SPC. She is passionate about cooking, listening to music, watching movies, and spending quality time with my family.

Maria Fountoukis

Finance Manager

Maria Fountoukis is the Finance Manager for the NDC Hub. She is based at the Hub Implementation Unit in Suva, Fiji. Her responsibilities include the management of the financial aspects of co-financing arrangements, monitoring contracts, and providing information to project partners regarding financial and contractual issues for service contracts as well as grant and finance agreements.

In her spare time, Maria very much likes to spend time outdoors with her friends and family, and she especially enjoys water sports activities.

Roxane Degueuse

Implementation and Finance Officer

 

Roxane works as the SPC Implementation and Finance Officer working on the Regional Pacific NDC Hub. Her work currently provides administrative and technical support, administrating and monitoring budget lines and support to the SPC Manager for Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Programme. She loves making create things, maybe that’s why she started by carrying out art and design studies.  A part of her leisure time is dedicated to painting, rattan basketry and art craft. Since she lives in New Caledonia she has been started to practice traditional wood carving.

Christine Conway

NDC Partnership's Country Engagement Specialist

Christine has worked on Pacific climate and disaster management issues for over 10 years, including from Wellington, Geneva, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Christine has a mix of policy and operational experience, particularly in the areas of disaster risk reduction, preparedness, response and recovery. Christine has also worked in diplomatic roles, including previously representing New Zealand as First Secretary (Regional Climate & Disaster Risk Management) at the New Zealand High Commission to Fiji. Christine has a strong love for the diversity, natural environment and people of the Pacific region.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys water sports including stand up paddle board and kayak, gardening and playing with her dog. She is also involved in many sustainability and eco-living initiatives.
